The 30,000 sq. ft. venue of newly renovated meeting and event space in First Canadian Place will surely provide your delegates the comfort and atmosphere for enjoyment and even provide an efficient work space for productivity. Conveniently located in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, it is within walking distance from nearby financial buildings in the PATH. Delegates can arrive by public transportation or by car since there is underground parking available. This venue is ideal for weddings, social events and corporate events. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Toronto Region Board of Trade venue offers different rental rates, menu selection, and services that will surely meet your expectations and more! Toronto Region Board of Trade venue is located on the third and fourth floor in the First Canadian Place that provides different layout structures to choose from to help customize your company’s event layout. The third floor has a board room for 12 people, a Ridout room with a maximum capacity of 64 delegates, and four breakout rooms, each with the capacity of 12-16 people that can be configured into different space arrangements. The Ballroom is beautifully arranged on the fourth floor with a maximum capacity of 320 which. Also, the fourth floor has a small lounge that is sometimes used as a bridal suite and four breakout rooms that can be configured in various ways or joined together.           </span></p>
