On top of the tower, the versatile space allows a wide range of uses including product launches executive retreats and wedding receptions.  The suite as been designed by Squarefoot Design Inc to host about 60 people in an open plan layout.capacity of welcoming 30 to 40 guests.  Whether it is for meeting, dinner, product launches, presentation or movie screenings. The suite has amazing floor to ceiling glass wall as one of the many features that make the place a one of a kind venue. The wall can be fully retracted to expand the surface to 2500 Ft. Sq. with a terrace overlooking the city. It gives you a sumptuous view of the St Lawrence neighbourhood & the waterfront.

• Suite fifteen ten:  connected to the fifteen hundred suite is a studio bedroom with a king bed, in wall closet, spacious independent bathroom and private balcony. This area can be used separately to the fifteen hundred suite with its independent entrance
