The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) Learning Centre provides a premium meeting space with an exclusive members-only conference room. HRPA Learning Centre is conveniently located at Bloor St West and Queens Park which can be easily accessed  by TTC. This venue is a sophisticated meeting space and each room comes equipped with useful technology such as video conferencing, interactive projectors and all of the other audio-visual tools you would need for a successful event. They also offer a catering service at an extra cost.
It is not necessary to make a reservation for the networking area as all of the guests that are renting meeting rooms are permitted to use this facility at no additional cost. This networking area allows your guests to meet and talk with like-minded people between meetings.

The new Delta Toronto Hotel,  is located between the Air Canada Centre and the Rogers Centre, beside the Metro Toronto Convention Centre so is perfect for events associated with the trade centre. This hotel rises in heart of the downtown in Toronto and has 17,000 square feet of meeting space spread over 12 venues/rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in audiovisual equipment. Its largest space, the SoCo Ballroom, is 6,528 square feet and holds 700 theatre-style. It also has a 4,000-square-foot terrace with city views that holds 300 for receptions which is a rare find at a hotel.
