Embrace Spring by planning an event that plays on the environment.

1. Use a variety of flowers, plants and stones as décor.

2. Use tea and scented candles instead of lights.

3. For placeholders, use small clay pots and put live herbs in them. Place small garden stakes in them with the names of your guests. These are great money-savers as they serve double duty as party favours!

4. Use completely disposable, biodegradable or bamboo dinnerware.
