On Thursday, April 7, a piece of Italy was found in Toronto. Coco Lezzone’s Avenue Road location celebrated their two year anniversary! The night was filled with celebrations and laughter over some amazing bites and specialty crafted cocktails.
Although this event was open to the public, the first couple of hours of the event was exclusive to Event planners and PR professionals only. This was a treat, as guests were able to really explore the venue and experience what Coco has to offer.
Upon entering, guest were served with Negroni cocktail. Similar to the classic Negroni, but this take on it is done with Prosecco, sweet vermouth, and Campari topped with an orange slice. Following the cocktails were an array of Italian hors d’oeuvre. From fire oven pizza to perfectly marinated chicken and flank steak skewers, it’s safe to say that the food was a knock out.
As the night progressed, the restaurant began to fill to the brim with personalities. Guest took part in some photo fun with the photo booth props which feature tiny moustaches and champagne bottles.
If you didn’t get the chance to celebrate with us this past Thursday, don’t worry. You can always swing by for a pleasant dining experience in their urban chic decor setting with a nice bottle of wine. Cheers!
