AperoChic organized an amazing party for the French Bastille Day at Cabana Pool last Wednesday. AperoChic is an international meeting of young professionals basically oriented for Canadian and French-speaking people (from France or Québec), but was obviously opened to all.

Everyone came with friends or to meet new people in Toronto.

A Parisan DJ was present and featured commercial music (mix between French and English).

The party started at 6:30PM and the atmosphere was friendly. People from all backgrounds were present and the French Embassy (Consulate General of France in Toronto) also was there for the event. Our team from City Events also attended this amazing event.

The scene took place in Cabana Pool, the most famous pool club in Toronto. The ambiance was warm and the beautiful skyline was a plus for everyone that participated.

We thank the organizers Apéro Chic for the success and the professionalism of this French-oriented party and we look forward their next event

Mes chers compatriotes and canadian friends, the day has come for France to celebrate her independance day! The liberation of Paris is forever considered as a turning point in French History.

There are a number of events  in Toronto to celebrate BASTILLE DAY, to commemorate this important date. One key event organized by The Consulate General of France, the Alliance Française Toronto, and Maille, it promises to be quite a festive day.

Either you’re french living in Toronto or you’re a true torontonian, you are invited! Rendez-vous Sunday July 12th at Davis Pecaut Square.

The festivities will begin at 11am with the official kick-off, followed at 12pm by a picnic lunch on the grass. French food, wine and goods will be sold at the bistro! Isn’t that totally french?

Around 2pm until 5pm, activities and local francophone bands will entertain the enthusiast public.  And to conclude this perfect day, Le Bal Populaire, where everyone can dance to the sweets songs of french artists.

I can tell you that I will be there all day, even if it’s only to have a try on the amazing french baguette!

Vive la République et Vive la France!

Another exciting news for you!

There will be a celebration of Bastille Day by Apero Chic, at the Cabana. This promises to be an exciting day!

It will (obviously) take place the 14th of July at Cabana Pool Bar. The admittance is strictly on party business, meaning you have to buy tickets to network and socialize. I’m sure it will get pretty busy so don’t be late!

A dress code is required. You’ll have to be dressed in Blue, White or Red to represent the beautiful French Flag!

Other than that you’re prepared! Bring your joie de vivre and your smile and have fun!
