The 1st Annual Rosedale Art Fair. The Rosedale Main Street BIA was proud to launch the Rosedale Art Fair this spring. The two-day event showcased the notable work of emerging artists, such as Sebastien Benitez and Treva Michelle, from across the GTA at participating Rosedale stores and restaurants.

You had the opportunity to meet live with the artists and purchase affordable high calibre works of art. It was an exceptional opportunity to support the work of up and coming local artists.

Local restaurants and merchants offered special sales and promotions during the fair, which was yet another great opportunity to support your community.

The event featured:

  • · “Art in the Square” where up to forty artists showcased their curated work. Visitors had the opportunity to meet directly with the artists and purchase works of art from all the artists.
  • · Photographs of Sebastian Benitez whose recent photographic series explored the themes of memory and identity.
  • · Treva Michelle’s paintings which delve into the tactile process of working in vibrant saturated pigments.
  • · Established Artist, one of them whom exhibited at the Louvre in Paris, also Exhibited
