There is good news for all cocktail lovers. There is a new cocktail bar in Blowfish Japanese restaurant King and Bathurst, whose name is Barfish cocktail lounge.
Barfish was opened in December, 2014 by award winning mixologist Nishan Nepulongoda and the building was designed by Antonio Tadrissi. It is formerly an outdoor space between Blowfish and the beside historic Bank of Montreal building and used to be the Blowfish patio in years past.
This location can accommodate up to 60 people with DJs every night and is available for private functions and events.
Nishan Nepulongoda is also a bartender who serves up creative Japanese-inspired cocktails, like cognac-based concoction flavoured with yuzu and figs, and a tiki-inspired cocktail served in a mug shaped like an Easter Island moai. The food menu is created by BlowFish Executive Chef G Q Pan and it features his new late-night snacks. It perfectly paired with Nishan’s innovative cocktails.
Barfish is perfect for after-work drinking, pre-party or private events in a peppy setting !
You can have a marvelous time at a contemporary designed-bar with creative and inspired Japanese cocktails and meals.
