Cocktails
BlueBlood has a large selection of house cocktails. The Once Upon a Time drink is one of many from their extensive list, made from a mix of Bulleit Bourbon, Crown Royal, Northern Harvest Rye, Calvados, brown butter and salted caramel. It’s a pleasant variation on an old-fashioned served under a glass dome. When the dome is lifted, the smoke curls up – a treat for all senses.
Mains
The venue offers 138 elaborate seats at Casa Loma. It is a modern and edgy feel with a juxtaposition of classic heritage architecture, unique heirloom antiques and modern art pieces by Andy Warhol, Mr. Brainwash and Salvador Dali. Offering a modern twist on the classic steakhouse, the menu highlights various cuts of the finest beef from around the world, as well as fresh seafood and an extensive international wine and spirit list.
With a section dedicated to fine beef cuts from around the world, including a list of Wagyu from Mishima Reserve (U.S.A.), MB9+ (Australia) and A5 (Japan). A Wagyu filet tasting includes all three. They also have seafood towers, tableside caesar salad, and fiery desserts like a baked Alaska and flambéed crêpes
Desserts
A sweet way to start your special night! Try their profiteroles, served in a chocolate sphere with a side of house-made hazelnut ice cream. When the chocolate sphere is melted by the warm chocolate source, house-made hazelnut ice cream appears. That sounds tasty! They also have a lot of fantastic desserts. Let’s give it a try!
