The Toronto Stock Exchange offers event facilities for rental within the heart of Toronto’s financial district with accessibility to PATH, and Toronto public transit.

You will have the possibility to rent the Gallery and/or the Studio which is more for intimate events such as small luncheons.  These spaces are popular for listed companies or other business to business events.

The TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery has a capacity of 100 theatre style, 72 in full rounds, 64 classroom or 200 reception.  The room rental rate has all-inclusive technology which means you will enjoy in-house screens, projectors, mics, risers, podium, audio recording and more available at no additional charge. A technician from the TSX will work with your company throughout the event and a security guard is mandatory for event rentals.  Many use the space as a perfect location for broadcasting.

Besides, the upper level mezzanine is also available for use at no extra cost, and this can be set up as a satellite kitchen, if the caterers are doing hot passed hors d’oeuvres, or as a lounge, with a bar and furniture.

One King West Luxury Hospitality Suite Opens this Fall

In the heart of the financial district one of the tallest towers downtown will open 2 luxurious spaces soon, taking this venue to a all new level. Opening this fall the 14^th & 15^th floor will feature a Executive Centre and an Hospitality Suite.

 

The 14th floor will featured a space called fourteen hundred. A new executive centrewith the capacity of welcoming 30 to 40 guests.  Whether it is for meeting, dinner, product launches, presentation or movie screenings. The 15^th floor: fifteen hundred is a luxury hospitality suite. On top of the tower, the versatile space allows a wide range of uses including product launches executive retreats and wedding receptions.  The suite as been designed by Squarefoot Design Inc to host about 60 people in an open plan layout.capacity of welcoming 30 to 40 guests.  Whether it is for meeting, dinner, product launches, presentation or movie screenings. A versatile space that has been conceived in collaboration with One King West business clients to meet everyone needs and expectations.

The suite has amazing floor to ceiling glass wall as one of the many features that make the place a one of a kind venue. The wall can be fully retracted to expand the surface to 2500 Ft. Sq. with a terrace overlooking the city. It gives you a sumptuous view of the St Lawrence neighbourhood & the waterfront.

The New Mill Street Beer Hall

The Beer Hall is the new space of the Mill Street Brew Pub situated in the Distillery District. Opened in April this year, this place offers a modern and lively atmosphere where it is pleasant to enjoy a good beer with friends or simply an excellent meal.

 Once checked in, we are first impress by the space mixing modernity and traditional decor. The whole venue is filled with copper pipes and an old distiller, which brings back memories of the ancient distilleries. However, from the wood and metal aspect of the walls to the long black tables boarded by electric red chairs and black leather seats, you will feel timeless, between past and present.

With its open concept kitchen offering local and international cuisine, a heated, a cover patio and communal seating, The Beer Hall is the perfect place to welcome group events from 15 to 500 persons.
