The Galleria at the Liberty Market is an architectural wonder and unique feature within the Liberty Village neighbourhood. The semi-enclosed glass atrium structure covers what was previously open space between the two building. This area houses The Shops at The Liberty Market Building, a range of retail and storefront offerings that cater to both tenants and visitors alike.
There’s something invigorating about stepping into this complex! The space is a beautiful cobblestone walkway about 100 metres long, is filled with lots of great retail shops, pubs, bars and restaurants throughout making it a great outdoor venue space and if weather isn’t on your side its covered!
Set in the heart of one of Toronto’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods, Liberty Market Building offers retail tenants the opportunity to capitalize on a steady stream of both local and visiting clientele. With the influx of new townhomes and condominiums in the area, as well as an expected 30,000 new residents, the neighbourhood’s local demographic of young urban professionals, as well as the building’s close proximity to the downtown core and existing tenant base, provide an attractive opportunity for commercial interests.
Liberty Village
With more than 100,000 sq. ft. of main level retail and showroom space, this neighbourhood commercial magnet offers a unique mixed retail and distribution proposition. With several key incentives, including the opportunity to lease space that can accommodate storage needs, Liberty Market Building offers an attractive retail venue and provides all the elements needed for commercial success. This space is quite verstatile and has been underutlized so if you are looking for a new venue that has not hosted too many events check out the Liberty Market
